Welcome to Desert Moon,
where lasting well-being awaits.
Hi friend, I’m Trinity.
I specialize in helping sensitive women change their lives from the inside out, and the outside in, bringing together skills as a holistically trained psychotherapist, nutritional therapy practitioner, herbalist, and creative writer to create some truly life changing magic for the amazing women I serve.
Like so many others, the story of how I became an integrative wellness practitioner is largely due to my own health journey with navigating mental, physical, and spiritual health challenges.
I had to remember what it really meant to be alive and well and now I want to help you do the same!
YOU also hold the key to unlocking your most vibrant self!
It is truly an honor to wake up each day and witness others who are ready to show up, put in the work, and reclaim their lives.
The work I do in this world is really a service of self love—helping others come home to themselves.
MY PATH TO HEALING
As a sensitive child I struggled to fit in with the masses. Always feeling like an old soul, I turned to writing, creativity, nature, and books for comfort, and at the young age of 16 decided to pursue a vocation that would help me design a life where I could bring all my favorite things together to be of service to others on a similar path.
In 2009, I obtained a BA in Psychology, then an MA in Integral Counseling in 2012, and licenses to practice psychotherapy, in the states of California, New Mexico, and Oklahoma.
During a stressful life transition, I began to develop chronic physical symptoms and pain, which began a whole new chapter of my healing journey, leading me into the world of holistic nutrition and herbalism and back to my own writing practice. The short story is I did the work to remember what it means to truly love myself and this expanded my already immense appreciation and gratitude for nature, creativity, and the world of holistic health.
These days, I specialize in serving sensitives who are ready to reclaim optimal well-being through a variety of offerings—1:1 therapy sessions, self paced online learning, seasonal Journal to the Self® writing circles, and through free resources as well (blog posts, e-books, and nourishing newsletters).
Sincerely believing that we are each ultimately our own healer, I also know that sometimes we need a guide to help lead the way. When we are fortunate enough to connect with the right mentor, book, or resource, we are guided back home—to ourselves—and discover that we have all the answers within, answers we quite often seek outside of ourselves.
I see it as my job to help those who feel called to the work of deep personal healing to clear away the obstacles that have blocked them from becoming their healthiest, most vibrant selves, by offering education, support, tools, humor, and encouragement to help facilitate that journey!
Dare to heal, friend. Your life is waiting.

Are We A Good Fit?
IF YOU ARE:
Open minded, empathic, proactive, nature loving, excited about a creative writing and a holistic approach to well-being, and ready to invest in yourself, placing great trust in the process…we’d likely be a great fit.
Dogmatic, price shopping, looking for a quick fix, interested in a conventional western approach, unmotivated, and not quite ready to invest in yourself…I probably won’t be the right fit for you right now.
I strive to work with women who share my worldview and values so our work together can be transformative.
WE’RE A GREAT MATCH IF…
You understand that you only get out what you put in.
You feel ready, willing, and able to invest in dramatically improving your life.
"Trinity is one of the most compassionate, perceptive, and trustworthy practitioners I have come across. She creates a safe atmosphere for healing. In her presence, I feel her respect for the myriad of human experiences and as a result, become more aware of myself, and closer to my optimal self. I highly recommend her services."

Why Desert Moon?
Many years ago I took a solo quest for personal growth and purpose discovery in the American southwest. While a monsoon soaked me and lightning flashed across the desert sky, I felt a powerful initiation happen. The land was reflecting back to me what I already knew to be true: it is perhaps my most sacred task in this lifetime to use my passions and strengths to help other sensitives remember what it means to be alive and truly well in mind, body, and soul.
With the moon being a symbol of intuition and feminine wisdom—a reminder that the journey of healing and self discovery never really ends, but rather waxes and wanes in a beautiful rhythm—I knew I had a powerful symbol to capture my vision.
True well-being is a home coming—a journey of learning what it means to truly love and nourish yourself.
IT WOULD BE AN HONOR TO HELP YOU GET THERE!
